CORRECTION (ran 12/2/2005): Because of an editor's miscalculation, the percentage of voters in Eugene City Council Ward 5 who supported the Nov. 8 measure creating a process for reviewing complaints against city police was misstated. Forty-two percent of voters in the ward voted in favor of the measure.
