Cambodian Ventures Limited announced the business strategy and launch plans for Canadian Bio Med Systems Inc. (CBMS). CBMS will market products providing education, prevention, and prevention for the deadly avian influenza A virus (H5N1), also known as "Bird Flu," among humans.

CBMS has developed a human bird flu prevention kit that it will market worldwide through four web domain names that it has registered. CMBS is working with a marketing consultant to perfect the content of the web sites and provide appropriate positioning in web searches to provide maximum exposure.

The kits will sell for US$20 and it is anticipated the company will sell over 200,000 kits within the first 12 months of launch for a total of US$4,000,000. CBMS's margin will be 60% for an anticipated first year's gross profit of US$2.4million.
