Calgary, Alberta CANADA - Rosetta Exploration Inc. (RSA - TSX Venture), ("Rosetta" or the "Company") announces financial and operating results for the third quarter ending September 30, 2005.
Highlights for the third quarter of 2005 include:
* funds from operations were positive for the third quarter totaling $137,429;
* increased average production to 209 BOE/day in the third quarter, up from 68 BOE/day for the same period in 2004(1);
* increased revenues to $1,148,495 in the third quarter, up from $262,065 for the same period in 2004(1);
* improved net income from field operations to $809,552 in the third quarter, up from $154,563 for the same period in 2004(1);
* ended the quarter with approximately $12 million in working capital and raised additional $6 million of new equity in early October;
* multi-well exploratory drilling program continuing through Q1 2006;
