Gail Duncan, through her attorneys, fired back at creditors trying to remove her from the board of directors of Jerome-Duncan Inc. in a motion filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Detroit on Sept. 23.
The motion was a reaction to an effort by Duncan's father, Richard Duncan, and the dealership's committee of unsecured creditors to remove her and her husband, Shashi TejPaul, also known as S.K. Paul, from the board of the bankrupt Ford dealership.
