A Canadian/Egyptian joint venture recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) regarding the completion of a project feasibility study for a proposed gas-to-liquids (GTL) plant. The partners in the planned undertaking include Canada-based IVANHOE ENERGY INC. and the local EGYPTIAN NATURAL GAS HOLDING CO. (EGAS).
