Westchester's era of million-dollar condominium apartments will arrive next week in White Plains when the first residents close on their purchases and move into Trump Tower at City Center.

With units selling for $950,000 to $1.8 million most recently, Trump Tower is in contract to sell all but eight of its 212 units, even as the prices of those units were raised several times over the past year. The first closings of units are set for Sept. 26, with the first residents moving in two days later.

"We expect to be done with closings by the end of December. The move-ins will continue through March since some buyers do winters in Florida," said Geoff Thompson, a spokesman for...
