PUBLIC NOTICES DEADLINES AND REQUIREMENTS

The deadline for public notices is noon Wednesday, five days prior to publication date. TO ENSURE ACCURACY, NO PUBLIC NOTICES WILL BE ACCEPTED BY FAX OR TELEPHONE.

We must be notified of any changes to or cancellations of previously submitted notices no later than 9:30 a.m. Thursday prior to publication.

Notices should be typed (including all signatures, preferably double-spaced) and accompanied by a cover letter stating any publication requirements (such as the number of times the notice is to be published and whether it must be published by a certain date), whom to bill, and a phone number at which you can be reached should any question arise.

SHAWN J. HAY, SPOUSE OF SHAWN J. HAY, BENEFICIAL IOWA, INC., STATE OF IOWA, REBECCA L. THOMPSON, and PARTIES IN POSSESSION.

To the above-named Defendant: Rebecca L. Thompson

You are notified there was on July 26, 2005 filed in the Office of the Clerk of the above-named Court a Foreclosure Petition, which prays for foreclosure of a mortgage in favor of the Plaintiff on the property described herein and judgment in rein in the amount of $87,723.29 plus interest at the rate of 8.000% per annum from January l, 2005, such amount equaling $19.10 per day, the costs of the action including title costs of $470.00, and reasonable attorney fees and that said sums be declared a lien upon the following-described premises from May 2, 2000, located in Polk County, Iowa, to-wit:

Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 (except beginning at the NE lot corner of Lot 7; thence West along the Lot line 36.4 feet; thence Southwesterly, along a curved line with a radius of 370 feet across Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10, to a point of 44.6 feet East of the SW Lot Corner of Lot 10; thence Southwesterly, to the SW Lot Corner of Lot 12; thence East 140 feet to the SE Lot Corner of Lot 12; thence North 132 feet to the point of beginning); and Lots 101, 102, 103, 104, 105 and 106 (except beginning at a point 53.4 feet East along the South Lot line from the SW Lot Corner of Lot 101; thence Northeasterly, along a curved line with a radius of 430 feet to a point 66.4 feet West along the lot line from the NE corner of Lot 101; thence Northeast to the NE Lot Corner of Lot 104; thence South 88 feet to the SE Lot Corner of Lot 101; thence West 86.6 feet along the lot line to the Point of Beginning) all in Elmwood Park, an Official Plat, now included in and forming a part of the City of Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa.

that the mortgage on the above-described real estate be foreclosed, that a special execution issue for the sale of as much of the mortgaged premises as is necessary to satisfy the judgment and for other relief as the Court may deem just and equitable The attorney for the Plaintiff is David M. IF YOU FILE A WRITTEN DEMAND, THE SALE WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL SIX MONTHS FROM ENTRY OF JUDGMENT IF THE MORTGAGED PROPERTY IS YOUR RESIDENCE AND IS A ONE-FAMILY OR TWO-FAMILY DWELLING OR UNTIL TWO MONTHS FROM ENTRY OF JUDGMENT. IF THE MORTGAGED PROPERTY IS NOT YOUR RESIDENCE OR IS YOUR RESIDENCE BUT NOT A ONE-FAMILY OR TWO-FAMILY DWELLING, YOU WILL HAVE NO RIGHT OF REDEMPTION AFTER THE SALE.
