Kelsey Rogers had 17 kills and 24 digs, and Ashley Leavitt added 14 kills and 22 digs as host Thurston (6-1) remained in a second-place tie with Marshfield by handing Lebanon a 29-27, 21-25, 25-16, 25-17 Midwestern League prep volleyball defeat Thursday.

VOLLEYBALL

Alex McGlamery contributed eight blocks and five kills, and Rogers also had six aces for the Colts.

Bri Barton had 13 kills and Jorden Burrows had 12 kills to lead the Warriors. Melissa Bishop added five kills.

Heather Porter had 11 kills and Izzy Yasana contributed 27 assists as Marshfield defeated host Churchill 25-15, 25-19, 25-9.

Whitney Miller added nine kills for the Pirates.

Chelsea Wilkinson had 17 assists and Cara Bottineau had five kills for the Lancers.

Alicia Chamness had 16 kills and 13 digs to lead host South Eugene to a 21-25, 25-19, 25-13, 25-18 victory over North Eugene.
