Moet Hennessy, the wine and spirits group of LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, and Brown-Forman Corporation have agreed to end the contracts by which Brown-Forman acts as the U.S. importer of the Glenmorangie brands (as well as representing those brands in Canada, Continental Europe and certain Asian countries).
