After winning five games in each of its first two years as a program, Lisle has gone 8-4 through 12 games in its third season of Class A boys soccer.

After finishing seventh in the River Valley Conference last year, the Lions are 5-2 in conference play and on track to finish third.

The Lions have only been shut out of two games this year and have scored 40 goals through 12 games - more than both previous seasons combined - in earning the sixth seed at the Class A Timothy Christian sectional.

On all fronts Lisle's program has taken a step forward under coach Paul Kohorn.
