NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings upgrades one class of notes issued by Pilgrim America CBO I, Ltd, (Pilgrim America CBO). This rating action is the result of Fitch's review process and is effective immediately:

--$18,789,854 class A notes upgraded to 'AA' from 'A';

--$41,000,000 class B notes remain at 'C';

--$41,000,000 class C notes remain at 'C'.
