First impressions of this agency were not great because of the dated decor. The lighting was dull and the floors were in need of a good clean.

On my first visit, there were only two members of staff in the agency and both were busy. Nobody approached me so I left and returned later in the day.

On the second visit, an adviser promptly asked me to take a seat. She was quietly spoken and at times it was difficult to hear what she said.

The enquiry seemed to take an unnecessarily long time as the agent took a long-winded approach.

But she was thorough and explained details, such as timings, in great depth. She also typed in a lot of details so that she could produce the print-out for me to take away.

The agent found a suitable hotel option, including transfers, which had an upgrade to a four-star suite for a reasonable price. She also offered to price-match any deal.
