Global Environmental Energy Corp. (BULLETIN BOARD: GEECF) (FWB: LFT), Nassau, Bahamas, has confirmed that its subsidiary Biosphere Development Corp., a corporation registered in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, has signed a letter of intent to form a new joint venture company with British-based Environmental Concrete Company Ltd.

The new joint venture company will use approximately 5,000 tons of fly ash together with the carbon dioxide gas manufactured by each one of Biosphere Development Corp.'s Biosphere(TM) Process Systems' per annum, in order to manufacture building products worldwide. The initial focus will be in China.

Environmental Concrete Company Ltd. currently has large road and construction projects in China and other developing countries. China's cement requirements from 2001 to 2005 were estimated at 200 million tons per annum. Domestic production meets approximately 50% of this demand.(1) The Chinese...
