WEST LINN - Springfield's Justin St. Clair won two matches Thursday to advance to the quarterfinals of the Oregon Amateur tournament at The Oregon Golf Club.

Eugene's Dustin Pewarchuk beat Travis Graybeal 1-up, then fell to Ryan Fery 1-up in the round of 16.

REGIONAL ROUNDUP

St. Clair, who faces Liam Kendregan today, beat Erik Hill 3 and 2, then defeated Adam Hagen 1-up to reach the quarterfinals.

Eugene's Billy Anderson, Ted Whitney and Jimmy White were all eliminated in the round of 32 on Thursday.
