There were no doubles, no triples and just one single for Tri-City on Wednesday night.

The Dust Devils didn't need to bother with small ball because they hit four home runs in a 5-4 win over Eugene in front of 2,119 at Civic Stadium.

"That happens every once in a while," Tri-City first baseman Joseph Koshansky said. "We did not have a lot of hits, but we made them count and hit some out of the park."

Koshansky hit Tri-City's fourth home run of the game, a solo shot in the top of the eighth inning that turned out to be the game-winning hit.

Eugene tied the game 4-4 in the bottom of the seventh, and then Koshansky greeted Eugene reliever Jake Upwood with a homer off the scoreboard in right field.
