STARVILLE -- Tropical Storm Cindy and Hurricane Dennis, practically twins in their arrival dates and targeted areas, combined to dump as much as eight inches of rain in some parts of Mississippi, but the bulk of the state's commercial trees withstood potentially damaging winds.
