(Nasdaq:SEBL), a leading provider of customer-facing solutions, today announced it has endorsed Deloitte Consulting LLP's CRM offerings, encompassing people, process, technology, and governance for customer-facing transformations. Deloitte Consulting's offerings are the first to meet the standards established in Siebel Systems' Customer Experience Blueprint (CEB) initiative. The initiative, which outlines a clearly defined approach to deploying a customer-driven solution, is designed to help companies determine what they must do and when in order to successfully change the customer-facing aspects of their company and achieve measurable business results. As part of this program, Siebel Systems has begun to evaluate the offerings of other systems integrators to assess their ability to support the six stages of the CEB.
