Target plans to rollout a subscriptions-based digital music service, similar to Apple Computer's iTunes store, according to a story last week on Forbes.com. The Minneapolis-based retailer refused to confirm the report that relied on unnamed persons at major music labels and said the retailer plans to offer limitless downloads for a monthly subscription fee, priced between $6.99 and $14.95.
