The Synapse(TM)-based PDS Express system was developed through a joint endeavor between Prospect and IBSS to address Prospect's unique business challenges. The PDS Express system enabled increases in both productivity and customer satisfaction since its initial installation at Prospect's operations in the Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
