Saying goodbye is becoming harder than retiring Nextel Cup drivers Mark Martin and Rusty Wallace originally thought.

"It's going by too fast," Martin says of his "Salute to You" tour to honor all his fans for nearly a quarter-century of support.

Meanwhile, Wallace says his "Rusty's Last Call" final season in Nextel Cup Series competition is becoming bittersweet.

"We're saying goodbye to all our fans, which was supposed to be a good time and happy time, but I guess it's starting to hit me that this really is the last time we'll see them," Wallace said. "There's a little bit of sadness there that I didn't expect."
