Tiger Woods has one mission this week.

He's not concerned with approaching the $50 million mark in career earnings, and don't ask him about his rivalry with Vijay Singh. Woods isn't even looking ahead to the British Open.

His sights are set singularly on winning his fourth Western Open.

"It's a great event, and you treat it as such," Woods said after laboring through Wednesday's Chick Evans Memorial Pro-Am in sweltering heat. "It's nothing like the British Open site, so it's not a preparation for the British Open."

The attention Woods received Wednesday dwarfed that of any other player, but playing under the public glare is commonplace for him.
