Human Science Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HMNS - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=HMNS.PK ) Human Science Systems, Inc., a contact center consulting and software development firm, announced that it has been in discussions with a private investor that seeks to acquire as much as 33% of the public float. The company stated that the investor has begun a due diligence effort that may run as long as 60 days, which will include a thorough review of the company's corporate books.

Lou Mandic, CEO of Human Science Systems, stated, "We have actively entered discussions with a duly qualified investor who has expressed a strong interest in acquiring as much as 33% of the public float of our company, which we believe presents an excellent opportunity for our existing shareholder base.
