So he's not from Texas (he hails from New York), but he sure sounds like it, especially when he collaborates with buddies Lyle Lovett, Willie Nelson, and Asleep at the Wheel. A 10-year veteran of the Grand Ole Opry, Ketchum wasted no time breaking into the biz: His first single, Small Town Saturday Night, went straight to the top of the charts in the early nineties and is now a country classic.
