NEWTON, Mass. -- M-700 Series with Constant Operating Pressure Option Offers Customers a Competitive Advantage

MFIC Corporation (OTCBB: MFIC), the leading provider of high performance Microfluidizer(R) materials processing equipment announced today that it has shipped its first M-700 series Microfluidizer(R) high shear fluid processor with a constant operating pressure option to a Japanese customer. The Company also announced that it expects to ship a second M-700 system with the constant pressure option within the next few weeks. An order for a third unit has also been secured and that customer has indicated potential additional orders after performance testing is completed.

This breakthrough in materials processing technology was introduced to customers by Microfluidics, a wholly owned subsidiary of MFIC Corporation, in May 2005.
