Announces Record Date for Special Dividend
PRINCETON, N.J., May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Provident Senior Living Trust ("Provident") will hold a special meeting of its shareholders on Monday, June 6, 2005, at The Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village, 201 Village Boulevard, Princeton, New Jersey, at 9:00 a.m., local time. At the special meeting, the holders of Provident common shares will be asked to consider and vote upon the following proposals:
