Young, hungry and brimming with fresh business ideas, Travis Miller is just the kind of guy you might expect to see on Donald Trump's "The Apprentice," but the spiky-haired 21-year-old has other goals in mind.

"I want to build my own concept," Miller says. "I'm being my own apprentice."

Miller's concept is to bring organic coffee to the masses. So far, he has opened two shops - one in Roseburg, one in Eugene - and has plans for a third location in Springfield. Eventually, he hopes to franchise the operation, which he calls My Coffee.

`Most people think of organic as `earthy' and not as `classy,' ' Miller says. "I think there's room for more organic coffee."

Miller's belief - that regular Joes can appreciate organic Joe just as much as the next hippie can - is being put to the test at his shops....
