MILWAUKEE, May 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Joy Global Inc. (the "Company") , announced today the results to date in its previously announced cash tender (the "Tender Offer") and consent solicitation (the "Consent Solicitation") for its 8.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012. The company also announced today that it has determined the total consideration to be paid in connection with the Tender Offer and Consent Solicitation.

As of 12:00 Noon, New York City time, on May 31, 2005 (the "Consent Date"), it had received tenders and consents for approximately $166.9 million in aggregate principal amount of the Notes, representing approximately 99.8% of the outstanding notes (which excludes $32.8 million of notes that are held by the company).
