The Global Call to Action against Poverty (GCAP), the world's largest anti-poverty campaign which unites millions - including countless numbers of campaigners that will come to the Live8 concerts and the Make Poverty History rally in Edinburgh - in the belief that 2005 offers an unprecedented opportunity for change.
