TORONTO, May 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sirit Inc. (TSX: SI), a leading provider of radio frequency identification (RFID) hardware technology, is pleased to announce that Mr. Norbert Dawalibi has accepted the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Sirit effective June 1, 2005. Mr. William Staudt will continue to play an active role in the Company as Chairman of the Board.
