Frontier Jet Express to Commence Twice Daily Service to Fresno, Calif. and Dayton, Ohio From Its Denver International Airport Hub

DENVER, May 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Frontier Airlines will begin new, non-stop service between its Denver International Airport (DEN) hub and both Dayton International Airport (DAY) and Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT), beginning August 31, 2005. Each market will feature two daily roundtrips aboard 70-seat Canadair Regional Jets, operated by Horizon Air as Frontier JetExpress.

Fresno welcomes first low fare service

Fresno petitioned the DOT under the Small Community Air Service grant program in 2004 asking specifically for assistance in bringing Frontier to the area with the airport's first low fare service. "Frontier is proud to turn that dream into a reality and wishes to thank both the DOT and the Fresno community for their commitment to Frontier's unique brand of high-quality, but low fare service," said Jeff Potter, President and CEO of Frontier Airlines.
