DANVERS, Mass., May 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Medwave Inc. , the innovator in sensor-based, non-invasive blood pressure measuring solutions, announced today that it has named Ms. Teresa Kalinowsky as Medwave's Vice President of Finance, effective immediately. Ms. Kalinowsky reports directly to Medwave's President and CEO, Tim O'Malley.

Ms. Kalinowsky has extensive accounting and finance experience that spans both small and medium-sized companies from multiple industries. Most recently, she has served as a consultant to Medwave and was involved in all accounting functions including quarterly reporting and budgeting.
