TORONTO, May 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Alumina Corporation (Global Alumina) (TSX: GPC.U) announced today that the Republic of Guinea has approved the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment ("ESIA") for the construction of its 2.8 million tonnes per annum alumina refinery in Boke, Guinea.
