ORLANDO, Fla., May 26 /PRNewswire/ -- A new survey by Harris Interactive(R) reveals that 51 percent of adult seafood eaters in the U.S. say they are consuming more seafood than they did five years ago. Additionally, about two in five (41 percent) say they eat seafood because recent studies suggest it is healthy for the heart.
