HEI, Inc. (http://www.heii.com/ ) announced today that it will be unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year 2004 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by the extension deadline of December 14, 2004. Due to this delay, the Company has canceled the conference call and Webcast to discuss fourth quarter and fiscal year 2004 results scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Eastern time (3:00 p.m. Central time) on December 15, 2004. The Company will announce the date of its conference call and Webcast at a later date.
