Essential business philosophy: I try to create a fun working environment. Both of my businesses are service-oriented, so what I really have to offer is my people and I think it's very important that they feel a sense of ownership in the companies. I'm not a micro-manager; I listen to staffers' input and I take their ideas and implement them.
