For the last 23 years, George Waters, the president of Coast Restaurant Supply, Inc., has outfitted many restaurants in San Diego with the necessities. Waters sells such items as chairs, outdoor heaters, silverware and hostess stands.
"We sell literally thousands (of restaurant items)," he said of his La Mesa-based restaurant supply and design company. "Every item you can see (in a restaurant). You name it and we sell it."
In addition to providing new and used restaurant equipment, the company offers restaurant design services.
