JACKSON -- Once a year, employees review and acknowledge the "Code of Entegrity" at Entergy Mississippi, the state's largest private utility, and Entergy Nuclear Headquarters, the nation's second-largest operator of nuclear power plants.

Their method of communicating ethical standards to employees is one of many ways Entergy leaders emphasize that business is guided by the highest principles of ethics and customer service.

"Integrity is vital to the success of Entergy," said Carolyn Shanks, president and CEO of Entergy Mississippi. "You cannot build a successful business if people--especially employees--do not trust the business."

A finalist last year for a Better Business Bureau Integrity Award, Entergy Mississippi and Entergy Nuclear, both located in Jackson, received the award for its division this year.
