Chris Polski shot a 4-under-par 68 to lead Sheldon to the team championship in the nine-team Sheldon Invitational prep boys golf tournament at Emerald Valley Golf Club on Thursday.

PREP ROUNDUP

The Irish had a 6-under-par score of 282 to defeat three-time defending OSAA Class 4A champion Tualatin with 300 and Marshfield with 304.

South Eugene was fourth with 309, followed by Jesuit (310), Roseburg (314), Sheldon B (317), North Eugene (325) and South Eugene B (342).
