LOS ANGELES -- Watt/Genton Associates, an affiliate of Watt Commercial Properties, in a joint venture with AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp., a subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), has acquired 60 acres in the New Model Colony, a master-planned development in Ontario, Calif.
