Future delivery orders from FY04-FY08 potential best estimate quantities of 15 MSS, 17 EC3 and 35 CSS readiness squares. The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, though actual requirements may necessitate less than this amount. Location of performance is Innovative Solutions Consulting, Hollywood Md. and Redflex Communication Systems, Inc., Reston, Va.

At this time, $2,117,806 of the funds has been obligated. This work will be complete by June 2009. Solicitation began March 2004. The Headquarters Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity (FA8720-04-D-0001).

The Boeing Co., Seal Beach, Calif., is being awarded a $22,000,000 cost-plus award-fee contract modification to provide for goods and services supporting development of the version 6.0 and 6.1 releases of the architecuture evolutionary plan supporting the Navstar Global Positioning System Operational Control Segment. This effort includes system engineering and program management efforts associated with requirements definition and analysis, materials and scheduling for Integrated Baseline review and implementation, design and development of the modernized monitor station receiver element (MMSRE) hardware and software to handle classified data, and implementation of MMSRE upgrades.
