The graduation ceremony for South Eugene High School's 392 seniors will be Saturday.

Twelve graduates earned a perfect 4.0 grade-point average for their high school career:

Christopher Barnes, son of Warren and Kathy Barnes, plans to attend Brigham Young University in Utah. He earned awards in French Immersion, was a member of the National Honor Society, played basketball and is an Eagle Scout.

A National Honor Society member, Ari Chadwick-Saund is the of Carol Chadwick. plans to attend Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts. lettered in drama, placed third in the state government speech competition and received a green belt in martial arts.

The daughter of John and Diane Cissel, Katie Cissel plans to attend Boston University. She lettered in theater, is a Presidential Scholar nominee and a Commended Scholar, and received a National Merit Scholarship.

Amy Coddington, daughter of Al Coddington and Caroline Cox, will attend Macalester College in Minnesota. She is a National Merit Finalist, a member of the National Honor Society and youth symphony concerto winner.

Earls, daughter of John and Pamela Earls, plans to attend Lewis and Clark College.
