Graduation for students at Winston Churchill High School will be held Friday.

Ten students will graduate with a perfect 4.0 grade-point average: Ashley Alsup, Lisa Horner, Nancy Doremus, Christine McAtee, Charissa Newell, Amy Ryan, Allison Scofield, Jillian Scott, Jessica Steigleman and Jenelle Tittelfitz.

Alsup, daughter of Jerry and Connie Alsup, has been active in the National Honor Society, executive leadership and Interact club. She plans to attend the University of Oregon and major in elementary education.

Horner, daughter of David and Cheryl Horner, has been a student in the International High School. She is a member of the National Honor Society, Who's Who Among American High School Students and has volunteered for the Red Cross. She has been accepted through the early admissions program at the College of Pharmacy at Oregon State University.

Doremus, daughter of Andrew and Nina Doremus, is a full diploma candidate in the International High School. She has been active in the instrumental music programs, is a member of the state championship High-Five team and the National Honor Society. She...
