Graduation for 345 Sheldon High School seniors will be Thursday. A baccalaureate service was held Saturday at Harvest Community Church.
Students maintaining a 4.0 grade-point average throughout high school are Keith Best, Ashley Bryant, Sarah Dickey, Joshua Dilger, Jessica Hutchinson, Holly Jackson, Ahra Kim, Melissa Marshall, Shelby Martin, Amanda Remont, Kevin Sittner, Lucie Solcova and Kelly Stephenson.
Best, son of Cindy and Robert Best, is a three-year letternman in football and basketball, and is a member of the National Honor Society. He played in the barnstorming basketball tour with Luke Jackson and Blake Stepp, and will participate in the all-star football and all-star basketball games in June. He plans to attend Portland State University and play football.
Bryant is the daughter of Chris Bryant and Sandra Hahn. She is a member of the National Honor Society, the recipient of the Presidential Scholarship and plans to attend the Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon and pursue international studies.
Dickey is the daughter of Keith and Celeste Rossetto Dickey. She has been involved in Spanish Club, the National Honor Society, leadership, volleyball, peer tutoring and Peace Club. She plans to attend the University of Oregon to study political science, languages and...
