Four weeks, two appeals and one clerical error later, the Oregon Youth Soccer Association will finally hold its state cup tournament title game - and the two-time defending champions will be back on the field.

On May 25, the Oregon United Soccer Academy Black (under-17) club team from Eugene was officially cleared to play in the final game after being disqualified from the tournament more than a month ago due to what tournament officials deemed the use of an ineligible player.

That ruling was reversed last week by the OYSA appeals committee, setting up the game today between OUSA Black and the Westside Metro...
