These results were part of the Company's fourth quarter 2002 results, which were announced February 11, 2003, and which marked the thirteenth consecutive quarter that Manhattan Associates has met or exceeded the First Call consensus earnings per share estimates of the financial analysts covering the Company. Total European revenue for the year ended December 31, 2002, was a record $29.3 million, which represents a 33% increase over 2001 European revenues.
