Agile Software Corporation , a leading provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions, today announced that Ronald E.F. Codd, former PeopleSoft CFO, has been elected to Agile's board of directors, effective immediately. Codd is a key addition to the board, and one that will enhance Agile's position as it continues to build for the future. Codd has held financial management positions with several high growth companies, and will bring his experience to Agile's board and audit committee. In addition, with his extensive current and prior directorship experience with public and private companies, Codd will enhance the board's governance committee. Codd will be replacing retiring board member James Patterson.
