Article Excerpt Capital Pacific Holdings, Inc. today reported net income of $1.1 million, or 7 cents per share for the second quarter of fiscal 2004, which ended August 31, 2003, as compared to net income of $394,000, or 3 cents per share, in the second quarter of fiscal 2003. Consolidated revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 2004 totaled $48 million compared to consolidated revenues of $47 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2003. Including unconsolidated joint ventures, revenues increased 24% to $61 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2004, as compared with $49 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2003.
