Capital One Financial Corporation today announced that Lewis Hay III, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of FPL Group, Inc. , and Mayo A. Shattuck III, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Constellation Energy Group have been appointed to the company's Board of Directors.
