Magic Lantern Group, Inc. , a leading North American distributor of educational content and e-learning delivery with licensing operations in Canada and the U.S., announced today that it has entered into a channel partnership agreement with the Agency for Instructional Technology (AIT). A non-profit, award-winning organization, AIT is one of the largest providers of instructional TV programs in North America. The channel partnership agreement calls for Magic Lantern Group to digitize and distribute AIT's content over the World Wide Web.

According to the agreement, Magic Lantern Group has converted educational content licensed by AIT, totaling more than 1,000 titles into curriculum- correlated learning objects, accessible through a sophisticated search engine.
