(BULLETIN BOARD: PWRC) today announced it has launched a state-of-the art operations or "back end" system to deal more efficiently and economically with its growing customer base for its low-cost, user-friendly Internet access product. The new customer database and billing system allows for automated customer activations and is designed to significantly reduce the length of subscriber activation calls.
